I went to Underground on a Friday and Saturday last weekend with some friends and don't get me wrong, I don't care much for Broadway bars. That being said I had a blast due to my bartender Chris. We had so much fun that we returned on Saturday with more friends. He's very fast and respectful, not to mention he whips up a mean margarita. If you venture to Broadway, go to Underground and look for Chris. Great times will follow!

Went for lunch and arrived just before a large group arrived. The attention quickly shifted to them and despite having 2 other people working I was largely forgotten. I don’t blame the server, she was very polite to me and tried to get to me when she could, but as they had already had multiple tables reserved it might be prudent to send additional help, or at least have the other people working actually do something. The food was decent, but the meal took far longer than it should have and I went thirsty most of the meal due to poor staffing. Great service if you’re a large group, but I could tell other patrons were being ignored as well. Money talks here.

Taylor can do it all. She was a great time and a great bartender/server, we don’t know this girl at all and my 8 friends and I really made her work today! She did a great job all by herself! Food reasonably priced and good, drinks are expensive, all strong, some good!

TAYLOR TAYLOR TAYLOR. best bartender i have ever had. sweetest girl gave our big group all the attention we needed. 10/10 recommended great time.

Employee/Bartender Taylor was so amazing. One woman show. Great drinks, fast service and amazing personality. Would come back for sure.
