I have put in requests, even during the peak of the COVID-19-April 2020, and people like Clint Harper and Cynthia Storie came through very promptly, professionally and help me get my building permit and other trades permits. They have been very friendly with all of my many engagements with them. Thank you all!
Had the same experience as all the other bad reviews. Took me 5 weeks to get a simple building permit for 2 renovation projects without structural damage. I could never get a phone call or email returned. I was juggled around to 10 different people only to start the process all over. Like others I was treated like a big inconvenience. No one was very helpful at all through the whole process. Wish something could be done. Makes me never want to do work in Metro again.

I submitted a complaint online and was contacted back by the following business day. However when calling I never receive a call only a voicemail.. For over a week I’d have a VM alert but never a call, we literally played phone tag for a lack of better wording.. I’d call back only to get their VM and repeatedly explain “ if you’re calling restricted( which is dumb because they’re number is and should be public) please don’t continue to do so my phone filters the calls etc... Also tried explaining when they could just come by... I work from home and could step away to address the issue yet no resolution
Clowns ud83eudd21. These people act as if your a huge inconvenience for them and the job they are paid to do. Zero care in the world about your timeline or trying to help. Greedy and money driven only! Inspectors they send out contradict each other too. How can there be so many disconnects.
