This place is so compartmentalised that it's almost impossible to do anyting or get anything done. Majority of the people working here are miserable with the exception of a few who are genuinely nice. Someone needs to seriously figure out how to revamp the system here because it is broken beyond imagination. I have been here seven times trying to obtain a permit and I am so beyond annoyed and aggravated. I saw someone in there today have a breakdown and they threatened to have him removed by security, I completely understand where he's coming from.

Terrible service, super understaffed, never return calls or voice mails. I feel sorry for anyone needing a permit in Davidson county.

Awful service, The girl in the front office is so rude and extremely unhelpful!!!
