I found all the staff very welcoming and helpful (including the nice ‘pierced’ person!). Good to know about this store especially for folks who don’t know much about various brands so all the choices can seem overwhelming. It’s really conveniently located right beside the Kroger.nFor the very few poor reviews: I recently moved to this area and didn’t know anyone. I try to approach all with a sincere smile and hope/expect one in return. It does work and I’ve had really interesting conversations with people, sometimes even with language differences. Anybody can have a bad day once in awhile and we never know what emotional or physical pain a person is living through that affects their mood.nNot saying It’s always easy to muster up a smile but it really does work. Try it, you’ll like it! Sadly, the holidays can be the roughest time of year for so many people.

Sales clerk demanded to know if I was born in the United States before letting me check out. Super weird and uncomfortable interaction. Would recommend avoiding.
