Customer Service Via email is amazing. The representative was so sweet and responsive. I have a shipping error and reached out to them thinking they probably wont be able to do anything because it was USPS issue. But NOPE they are sending me a replacement and I couldn't be more pleased :)nThe quality jewelry is amazing for the price and UJ will defiantly be my go to for all things accessories!!

I love Uncommon James jewelry! I have ordered the Ready to Mingle necklace, Baby V necklace, and two pairs of earrings in the past two years. For my most recent order, I ordered a pair of earrings (huggies) and they accidentally sent me the normal size of those earrings. I contacted them right away and they immediately sent me the correct pair, and let me keep the wrong pair I received. That is very excellent customer service! Great work to the Uncommon James team.

Hi there! Just wanted to check in with you all and leave some feedback about the items I purchased. I absolutely love my pieces that I purchased but I will say that from my first experience( in May)to this experience, just this week, were somewhat different. The packaging from my first order was phenomenal! The way the items were boxed and the little sash bags that come with the jewelry we’re great! Makes you feel like your purchase is much appreciated and lets face it, the items are not that cheap. The packaging I received the other day, not so great. First off I ordered 6 items that were all crammed into one box. The items were so jammed in the box that the backs of a pair of the earrings were bent. Also, the bags have changed and honestly look rather cheap. Just wanted to bring this to your staffs attention. I do love uncommon James pieces but not so sure I would purchase again.
