This place is great. Excellent service all around in addition to the best prices! The manager is awesome. She knows what she’s talking about and is happy to answer any questions. I am not a car person, but they took care of me and explained everything so that I felt comfortable with my purchase. Would highly recommend! Awesome customer service, great mechanics. I ordered some of the cheaper tires and they didn't have them in stock. They gave me much better tires and a great price and service was great! They even threw in an alignment at no charge for the tire issue and wait. Will be my go to for tires in the future and it is a super clean location.nThank you all! Wheels ride amazing!
I usually go to NTB in order to get my tires replaced, breaks, etc. Not sure if they swapped people or management but the new service is amazing. I only went for a break switch up, and I felt like I was being taken care of more than at any other place. (went to pep boys last time, stay away). Excellent customer service. Keep up the great work guys!
