Newton Auto Body, in the Rear of this Building:nLast weekend, a small scratch on my car hood somehow morphed into a huge hole in my paint. I was referred to Newton Auto Body to have it repaired (courtesy of the people who had inadvertently enlarged the scratch). I asked Mr. Newton not only repair and paint the car’s hood, but also to sort out and repaint my long-suffering back bumper, which was deeply scratched up.nWhen I picked it up last night, WOW, was I surprised …. In an awesome way!nTo my complete shock, my 10-year old car looked brand-new. Mr. Newton had perfectly matched the car’s difficult paint color (pearl-white), and had fixed 150% of what I had asked him to do. He went around the car and fixed up old scuffs, paint peels, etc., and didn’t even charge me extra for it!nHe then showed me a BMW that he was working on, and told me that someone else had previously done a poor paint repair job on it, which didn’t match the car’s original color. So even though he was working on a different spot, he went back and painted over the badly-done job, at no cost to the owner. Because, he told me, his name was on the job, so it had better look great.nnMr. Newton is a rather soft-spoken man who didn’t provide me with a lot of details when he took my car into his shop, but he charged me so little, and his work was so amazing, that I wanted to say something on FB. I’d just like to give him a shout-out, and say that the work he did on my bumper was literally *hundreds* of dollars less than other auto-body shops had quoted me. Your money goes far here!
