I love coming here and getting things for my car. There is always someone available to answer my questions. And they make sure I get the correct stuff for my car..
John is very helpful and knowledgeable across just about every car line i have dealt with. He is always very curteous, respectful and patient and tries to find the best parts for your situation. If they dont carry something, he will order it in from another vendor so you can get the job done.
One of the worst customer services ever. The manager was especially horrible and had a bad attitude. I went in to buy a pair of windshield wipers and not even 10 minutes later I realized that the wipers did not work as well as I would have wanted. I went back to try and ask for a exchange but the manager would not let me return them and had a horrible attitude with me. Would not recommend to anyone.
Pep Boys right accross the street is so much better.
Another visit to the Dedham AutoZone storen(# 3748) and another wonderful experience. Once again helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff.
