This shop is not bad but I would not give them a 4 or 5. I had an appointment for a 2 hour cleaning/ detailing. The cleaning and detailing took 3 hours and 15 minutes. They charged the initial quote of $140 which I appreciated. My car was significantly cleaner but they missed some spots completely. There was still gunk on part of the steering wheel, inbetween the seats and the center console, and in the cup holders. They had made an attempt to clean the cup holders but hadn't gotten everything. I have high expectations and would not return to this shop for detailing in the future.

Amazing experience with Boston Auto Spa. My car was covered in dog hair and someone had gotten car sick in the passenger seat, and within three hours my car looked better than it did the day I bought it.nAll of the guys were so friendly, the service was fast and I was amazed by how clean my car was, inside and out. We have an English bulldog and the hair is impossible to get out of anything but they managed to get rid of all of it!nThe price is great too for the incredible job they did and I will definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone who needs their car detailed in the Boston area. Thank you Boston Auto Spa!!!

I used to take any body work to Kim's Auto Body at 1728 Folsom. However, the owners retired and was taken over by Tommy's Auto Body. I took my car a few times there, but I felt that they were a little flaky and started to look for someone else. I started by looking on google.

Great experience. It’s not an obvious location and I was a little nervous at first but the guys who work here were kind, professional and efficient. Great detail work done on my SUV. I would go back.nnI wish they had a better waiting area but otherwise great work and I will go back.
