My first experience here was a yoga class with Kayla, met some of the other staff while there. Beautiful space they have created, very unique class offerings and awesome instructors! Ended up buying a hoop while there and will be adding hoop classes to my to do list at this beautiful, unique place.
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I just took my first beginner dragon staff class and I really learned a lot. The instructor had the best energy & was encouraging! The space is really great too! Looking forward to trying out some other classes!
I have taken a few online classes with Hula Hoop Nashville and I've never been disappointed! The instructors have been insightful and supportive. They create a very positive atmosphere and I've learned a lot; whilst really enjoying myself. I thoroughly recommend!
Wow! Pleasantly surprised with the hoop yoga class I took. Using the hoop with the various poses and movements offered extra support at times and deeper stretches at others. I also felt that holding and/or guiding the hoop helped keep the energy flowing through the hands finger tips, feet, and toes, something that stood out to me as a student of Tai chi. Lydiana’s instruction was easy to follow and the atmosphere was a nice change of pace. I’ll be going back for sure.
