This was a well organized and professional process. They did an excellent job of anticipating our needs and making us comfortable. The coordinator (Betty) did a good job of keeping me updated and answering my questions. The presenter (Allison) was very professional but also a good listener and personable. Mr. Derrick was professional and did a great job of explaining the total process and leading the post discussion. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Having participated in my first focus group with this firm I was totally impressed with the entire program. As a client, I would be extremely impressed and comfortable knowing the in depth detail the firm goes to insuring my best interests. I feel The focus group aspect is an invaluable part of the legal process and would be most effective for all the insight and information it produces. I can’t say enough about the professional, friendly staff who made me feel part of a family rather than just another face.

I participated in the jury focus group. It was a fun experience for me as well as a learning experience. I feel this definitely helps the attorneys at Derek law firm see what just think about what they present. I would definitely recommend using them as your personal injury attorney.

By using the output of the focus groups you will be better prepared serve your clients in the following ways:nn1. By using the focus groups conclusions to prepare your clients as to the probable outcome were the case to go before a jury.nn2. By taking advantage of the discussions of the focus groups the prosecution attorney should be able to pick clues as to areas where he/she should give more emphasis in presenting the case.nn3. The focus groups may be able to point out areas where more evidence is needed.
