Excellent from start to finish! Highly recommend to have these folks clean anything. We had the carpets cleaned and sanitized along with cleaning the tile. Everything came out perfect. The gentleman that came was friendly and explained everything. Did not try to upsell but explained the services available. He wore a mask and was very careful. I recommend these folks all day long. We will call them again!
Have tried other devices and come back to Stanley Steamer. Christopher Moore has been our technician and he does a great job. Very dedicated and thorough. Highly recommend him.
Our 2 year old daughter put black mascara all over our brand new couch. We could not get it out. Stanley Steemer showed up within 24 hours and worked their magic. The couch looks amazing. The two gentlemen that came by were super professional and did a great job. Highly recommend them!
We have used Stanley Steemer several times and are always very pleased with the results! This time we also had our couch, loveseat and dining room chairs cleaned, in addition to the carpet and area rugs. Everything is clean and fresh. The technicians were on time, very professional, and explained everything before they started. They also did a great job removing pet hair from the upholstery.
Very happy with the service provided. I received a reminder text the day before and then a text the day of service to let me know they were on the way. Josh and Matei were courteous and professional. I was advised of my options and not made to feel like I had to purchase additional services. They had me inspect each room prior to moving on to the next. Great job guys!
