Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I am just a home owner and not a contractor spending 1000’s of dollars at the Conway, SC store but EVERY time I go in there I am treated with great respect. I have painted my pool deck area a few times over the years (as well as painting rooms inside the house) and both Tony and Steve have always helped with products, tips and answering any of my silly questions. The knowledge they share and offer to us “regular” customers is great. I have watched them help mothers with kids pick out colors, professionals figure out what they need for projects....and just answer random questions from people. All the associates make you feel welcome while in their store. You can tell that this staff takes pride in their location. It is always clean, organized and professional. For those worried about COVID, the staff is always wearing masks.nnI will never buy paint any where else again. I love that they stand behind what they sell and help us amateurs get it right.nnThank you Steve, Tony and the rest of the Conway team!

The sales staff at the Conway store are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They give good advice on the kinds of paint to use and very helpful with all the things you need to do your own painting. I highly recommend them

Sign on door says to enter you must wear a mask. Unfortunately the employees don't follow their own rule.nSherwin Williams asked to follow up with them concerning my complaint. I called the number they gave me, of course no one at Sherwin Williams answers their phone! Do they actually care??
