I have been using H&R Block for several years now...impersonal and extremely expensive, and not helpful. They will file your taxes and forget about you until next tax season. I decided to shop around this year, and return to more personal service, non-corporate and local. I chose this company after a pleasant conversation with the owner, Mr. Lee himself, dropped off my tax documents....and all was ready to sign the following day--neat and orderly--and the price was much more reasonable. Plus, Mr. Lee was helpful with other tax concerns and things I asked him about because of his expertise. I am glad I have switched and will definitely be returning next year.
