Very Poor customer service. Employees were standing around at the cash wrap talking and on their personal cellphones. My kids and I waited for about 10 minutes for assistance but no one came to assist us. So I decided to go to Florence instead. The store has really nice shoes but poor customer service is bad for any business. 08/12/2020 12:30
they had my shoe in the back and cut my shoe string than did not give me a little bit of money off the shoe for cutting it
