We had a tire blow out on our RV on I-95. Black’s was close by so we called and asked if they could replace all four of our RV tires. Fortunately, they had four tires in the size we needed. They replaced them quickly and we we’re able to get back on the road!nnHighly recommend this shop. Great price and the service was above and beyond! Thank you!!!

4/29/2017 Fast and friendly service; trustworthy people.n8/13/2020 Had starter problems with my 2012 Silverado 1500 5.3. Bought a starter and had Black's Tire install it. They did a great job and fast.nDefinitely recommend.

My first experience with Blacks tire was the Lumberton 5th St branch... you think you've experienced customer service....you have not until you meet Larry here at this branch. True definition of customer service. He actually cares about us the customers...he's not there just to see how much he can profit out of you....he takes the time to explain what should be done....does everything in his power to find the best cost effective solution for your needs. He's on top of the repairs and won't accept substandard work performance from his guys.nI've been to several other branches and all of them are great...great staff, service pricing.nYeah yeah I know Walmart might have the cheaper rate on oil changes....but cheaper is not better...i rather spend extra 10bucks and know a professional changed my oil using quality oil and peace of mind that down the road the oil drain plug won't unscrew causing loss of oil and catastrophic engine loss

We were on our way from FL to VA and the front tire on our truck started shaking the steering wheel. We pulled in to South of the Border and saw the tire was starting to separate. 5:05 pm. Called BTS and Brad, ( I think, paperwork says Fred ) said they had the right size tire for our truck. Was there by 5:25, had to wait for them to finish a couple of cars. Appreciate the whole crew working to get us back on the road by 6:35 with 4 new tires and all of the services at a fair price. By the way, the other front tire had started to separate earlier in the day so we were already driving on the spare. 2015 truck with 51k miles?? Who would have thought, 2 tires in less then 3 hours would go bad?? These guys are awesome! Thank you!
