Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Absolutely the WORST customer service in the client service industry. Needed boxes to complete a project over the summer and winter. First of all, the phone is answered as Sooner Fire and Safety instead of UHAUL. Secondly, the man is so incredibly rude; typically does not show up even though he indicates he will. Do not recommend this business.
Called at 4:57 to inquire about a Uhaul...the guy straight up told me were closed. Don't answer your phone if you don't want the business. Rude jerk!
