I don't know if they have an office manager if not they need one and if they do then they need a new one. I have never spent less than 40 minutes to be seen for my appointment and up to an hour. I have had to call at least twice and up to four times to get a prescription refilled. They remain overbooked and if I were you I wouldn't be in a hurry to get my appointment done. Plan on taking at least an hour and a half off of work for 10-15 minute in and out or 30ish if you're getting pellets.
