The oddest way of attempting to get an appointment! Is this 1994? To get an appointment the front desk gal that sounds about 70 years old stated I’d need to drive in, pick up a package, fill it out, drive it back in and wait a WEEK to be scheduled. WHO is running this office and did they get their degree before computers were invented?! Jesus should I just FAX it in, type it up on typewriter what do you need from me?!ud83dude02? Can we get someone who is tech friendly in there? This is archaic -backward. I’d like to know that my doctor is forward thinking, and had a modern practice.

The receptionist was extremely rude to me over the phone! Because I have not been there in a couple years I couldn’t get in to see Dr. jones because he isn’t taking new patients. This is understandable but don’t treat me like crud on your shoe and wipe me away!

How does anyone get an appointment at this place? The only phone number listed is constantly busy. Really? How can an office this size only have one telephone line? I have used this office for many years for one reason, they accept the chickasaw nation insurance as secondary coverage. I'm ready to waste my hard earned dollars going elsewhere.
