I have been going to this store for a couple years now. I have always had great customer service, especially with Kelly a customer service rep. She is knowledgeable and so caring. She has a service dog with her some day that is so amazing. In general the staff at Petco is very accommodating and extremely helpful. Hands-down one of the best stores to buy any pet items that you may need.

Petco has friendly folks working there. They sell homemade doggie treats. My dogs love them and they are healthy for them. They are okay for humans but I don't go that far.
They have an employee named Kelly, I have attempted to speak with management several times regarding this girl, but I have received any adequate solution to this extremely alarming experience. She was quite nice in the beginning, but recently I experienced her get upset with someone and in response she was unable to controls herself and became violent with the animal she was handling. It was horrific and incredibly dangerous, I have contacted the police and they say they’re investigating, but I have received no further support from anyone at the store.
Very nice well organized store. The workers are very nice and helpful. Prices are a little high though.
