Really enjoy this small town bank. Very easy going and refreshing from larger big box banks I'm used to dealing with.

This is the fifth time I've tried to log-in to my account to see checking withdrawals. This will be the fifth time I have had to change my log-in information before the system will allow me to sign-in. I have to call the bank, they send a code or change my password and then I try to sign in and the system will not allow me to do so. I called today and the automated system said the bank was experiencing unusual call volume that I should call back. I am changing to my other First Fidelity Bank account as of TODAY!

If you constantly enjoy having your time wasted and receiving false information, this bank is perfect. #1 This switch over was done during a very rough time for people. #2 Canceling cards before, people receive their new ones, was extremely unprofessional and ill advised!! Some of us actually live pay check to pay check and don’t have the luxury of having their cards canceled!! Especially, this close to the end of the month, we all have rent! GET IT TOGETHER! I won’t be here for long and if you bank with this company, get out while you can. I was with Republic bank for around 5-6 years and never had issues! I never planned on changing banks until now and I’m extremely disappointed.

I'm reviewing the Armstrong Bank in Norman OK on main st. They are the absolute worst! It used to be Republic bank and they were awesome! We were given no notice at all about Armstrong taking over. Their employees don't know anything at all not even the basics. I was doing online banking like I've always done and realized I put in the wrong amount of payment to OG&E, so I went to edit the payment like I've done many times before in the past. The edit button wasn't working! I called the bank after I had to get the correct phone number from the branch in Tulsa since Armstrong put the WRONG number in their welcome package they gave out. I spoke to a customer service rep who works in the online banking department. She didn't know why the edit button wasn't working either, but she was very polite and helped me, by telling me I'd have to delete the entire OG&E bill pay. I asked her if she was certain that would work and it seemed like alot of work just to change the amount that I wanted to pay? She assured me that that would fix the problem. So I did everything she said to do. I deleted OG&E and then put them back into my online billing and put in the correct amount. It seemed to have worked until today when I saw that Armstrong payed the first incorrect amount AND the new amount as well!! So now my account is going to be short! I called to speak with a manager about this and she told me that whoever helped me yesterday was wrong and deleting the payee and all information wouldn't stop the incorrect amount from going out. She also told me that once you've hit the submit button you can't edit the amount ever. I knew that that was not correct but she thinks she knows it all! Just to see for myself if that was how Armstrong does their online banking I went in and made a payment to Ulta and hit the submit button. Then I went back and hit the edit button and guess what?! It DID let me edit my payment! So the employees at Armstrong including their managers don't know what their doing! I'm sooo angry that they have messed up my finances and their rude and unprofessional as well. I'm out 200 dollars all because they don't know what they were talking about and their system was messed up! They also charge for ATM if it's not in their allpoint network. (We used to get free ATM with Republic bank plus they reimbursed for charges from other ATMs)One employee told my son and I that places like 7 eleven we wouldn't be charged for using the atm, I just found out that, Yes we would be charged because 7 eleven isn't in the allpoint network! So why did the employee specifically point out 7 eleven? Also Armstrong sent out 1 book of checks when my son had just purchased 8 books of checks for Republic bank. They knew they were switching to Armstrong since it was just a few weeks before! So they deliberately ripped us off. It's just a plethora of incompetent actions, statements, and ignorant employees at the Norman Armstrong branch. I wouldn't recommend banking there! I'm going to have to switch banks now. Sorry this was so long but people need to be warned!

Great customer service. Quickly had my account set up. Online banking and mobile app easy to get started. No hassles! Very friendly staff.
