They came out to run the camera to find a line breakage. Now I can’t get ahold of them just a message for 3 days and cannot get the pictures and details for the $350 I paid. Now i have been in a hotel going on day 3 with no call back or estimate. And I cannot get them to use the technology to email them to me so I can get some help for me and my kids. Yes I know it has been super cold and all that, however the internet works find to send any stuff
Very happy with the service I received. Very reasonable price. Did not have to wait long for appointment.
Tech came out and checked out system and changed the transformer but system still didn't work said needed a control board . Office called next day with a price for the control board 650.00 dollars. I said I would get 2nd opinion . A local Hvac guy came out and said no control board needed there was a short in wiring cost 200 mostly for service charge. Lesson learned never use Hunter Super Techs.
Came out promptly, professional service, told me what to expect and got it done .
