It's a good place. Mrs. Freeman was good. I liked Heather. Most of the staff was friendly with the exception of the short dark haired dike looking woman. She was pretty rude.

I do like Brenda the ARNP. However, the customer service is really lacking. I was told I'd have lab results mailed to me within two weeks it has almost been three months. Still no results . I've called over 10/15 times with no return call. I am upset with the lack of follow up. Even if it is lab results if a patient is told they will get a call or at the very least a letter with results within two weeks then that should be done. I can't even get a hold of my NP. I don't even know if she's getting my messages. With all this being said I do like brenda and would continue to see her !!nThe lack of communication is ridiculous. Thanks. Hope this helps with things that may need to be addressed
