I teach a night HVACR class there. At Kiamichi Technical Center.
The culture is shifting to online schooling with haste, yet I must admit, Carl Albert's online education was absolutely low grade education material from my experience, and if they plan to reach a bigger demographic then they need to expand on their online schooling resources. The online teachers simply do not put forth the effort necessary to make learning the material simple, direct, clean, and/or organized. Interpreting instructions was easily more than three quarters of the battle of everyday school work. Due dates were ever changing, some classes never had an assignment graded for months thus I went without knowing my true grades at all, and tests never really reflected the course work I studied. With that being said, It's an affordable alternative to attend Carl Albert, however, I will declare that you will always get what you pay for.
