Cedar Lake Recreation center opened to the Public this last weekend, October 2nd. The Equestrian Camp is open for camping and housing horses. The North Campground is open and boat ramp to Lake is open but South Shore is closed at this time to camping. Trees are in the midst of fall foliage. The drive from Dallas to Cedar Lake is beautiful and will be changing daily for the next 4 to 6 weeks.

Nice place to camp but with the republiNUTs in control of our government everything is in disrepair and the fees keep going up. But hey the rich don't have to pay any taxes!

We go here all summer long. We love this lake. The camp hosts on sandy beach are the sweetest people youll ever meet, the campsites are perfect and the swimming areas are clean and so much fun. Love it.

Love this place. We go during non peak seasons. Summer might be crowded. The bathrooms are nice. Love the fishing dock.nnIt's nice to have a side with no playground or swimming. There are less kids in that area.
