My experience with them has been perfect from the start. They are kind, I never feel rushed or forgotten, and my delivery experience was way better than what I had come to believe would be, the worst pain in my life. I was comfortable and everything. My nexplanon implant and removal were done beautifully! I couldn’t ask for a better doctor!

I just had a great experience on the phone with Ms.Kylee she took the time to really help me with my child and help me understand how to care for her she was very friendly and was helpful in my situation and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is a parent because this clinic is the best clinic I've ever been to in my life I will be visiting again soon!

Dr. Hites delivered my 9 pound baby in November 2018. First time mom, but she made the process go smoothly! No episiotomy, checked in at 7:00 am, delivered at 8:37 pm. Dr. Hites is a down-to-earth, caring woman, who loves her babies! I like her so much that I still take my daughter to her for pediatrics even though we live over an hour away.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. We had a pleasant experience during our time there. Howrver, in our experience, we didn't feel like we got quality care in our toddler's diagnosis or sound advice is how to fix the problem. We were told she had one thing and that there was no treatment options. So we took her home and waited for 4 days until it got significantly worse. We took her to a pediatrician who discovered now, she not only had RSV but it had also progressed to pnemonia in one lung, an ear infection and a border line ear infection. If we would have been started on breathing treatments or antibiotics sooner, we might not still be dealing with all these issues, now, two weeks later. My child still cannot sleep at night due to coughing.. I just wish we could have gotten her the help she needed from the beginning so all of this could have been avoided or at least minimized.
