I generally love taco bell and eat there often. However, this particular Taco Bell is wonderful at getting orders wrong. The last 3 times I have gone and requested a shredded chicken melt with NO sauce (since discontinued and now ask for a chicken quesadilla with NO sauce). They still manage to put the sauce on it. No matter how many times I make it a point that its for my 1.5 year old twins. They can not and will not eat the spicy sauce. Its really annoying when we are just trying to grab a quick meal at the end of a crazy busy day and I end up having to make them something different when we get home because they can't get it together and NOT ADD THE SAUCE when requested. (I know it's possible not to have the spicy jalapeno chipotle sauce because on ONE rare occasion they got it done correctly as requested)
Pretty good. Most of the time my burritos have been smashed a bit and they are not marked as what is what (a problem when you are ordering for 5 people). Always taste great though!
Taste is great however, our order was wrong when we got home and when I called to tell them, all I would get is a fax machine!
I've been through drive thru around 6-8pm with my fiance last month about 4 times out of those 30 days and everytime we went they would always forget are cinnamon twist and/or mess up something else on are order I've ask the manager nicely about 6 times now to please make sure there employees are doing there jobs right but there's still be no change as they just forgot my cinnamon twist again
It is a very sad day. No more Mexican pizza at Taco Bell. I have no reason to eat there anymore.
