Five Star worked me in two days earlier than what they originally thought they could make it. The technician that came out was extremely nice and professional. He found the leak and fixed it very quickly. The fee charged was very reasonable and I am happy that I called them first. I would definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.
We would highly recommend Five Star Plumbing! Jose and his helper came out to check on our problem. Completed the job work in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely when finished. Very professional, efficient, and pleasant!
The name suits the company. It is five star. Edward the tech that came to the house was very professional, very nice. I told him that I wanted my new bathroom sink faucet match my bathtub faucet and he got exactly what I wanted . He done fabulous work and left my bathroom clean. I will not use any one else any more.
Jeremy was great. He was easy to talk to. He was concerned about his ability to complete the job and not leave any issues with my home. Particularly the wood floors. He explained what he need to do and when something unexpected came up he stopped and explained what he needed to do. He cleaned up afterwards and gave me the bill which was very reasonable. I have Five Star’s number saved for any future plumbing issues. Thanks Jeremy.
I have had issues with my well system twice in the last year. Both times, Ed showed up earlier than originally scheduled, was super honest about what I did and didn't need, and completed the work quickly and with high quality. On the first visit, he even went out of his way to track down a part in a town an hour and a half away and came back after hours to finish the job to ensure that I had water. I can't recommend Five Star enough!
