Shelves are very bare and not stocked well, there are always lines at the register not like other Walgreens where more staff come up front to help, the staff all seem friendly so it's either a management issue or Walgreens. Pharmacy processes are a joke - they seem busy and hard working so maybe it's Walgreens that forces bad processes on them but the RX wait time is just rediculous and then other times it's really quick but since they tell you longer wait times you end up having to go back multiple times. Starting to think Walgreens just makes up having to wait so you spend more time in their store. After my next refill I'm going to mail order Rx's so I don't have to deal with Walgreens.
On hold over 20+ minutes, then sent to different departments.nThe pharmacist said phones are screwed up.???nCome on people !nIt was an over site calling ME with a wrong number !
Easy to find the stuff you need and wonderful and helpful people that work there
