These people are epitome of unprofessional. My mom, who is disabled, made an appointment and we showed up for her appointment. They turned her away and said she was on the no list, they didn't explain what the no list was, and didn't bother to give her a call and let her know. She called to find out what number they called and they had called a house number she hadn't had for years. When she had set up her appointment the took her current cell phone number.
