Wow! Jason S. Came out and evaluated our heater. He had to order some parts and returned as soon as they came in. He repaired our heater and cleaned our coil so we could get better air flow. He was fast, professional, and didn’t even mind me hanging around talking his ear off while he worked. I know who I am going to call from now on. Lake Country!
I called mid-day due to a power surge the day before to have the air conditioner checked before turning it back on. Todd's had someone out to check that afternoon. Jason explained what can happen with power surges and what he was looking for. Then he serviced it when everything checked out okay. Jason was so nice and I will definitely call them again. We had been looking for a new company since the tech we had had for 17 years is no longer doing residential. Very, very happy!
