We purchased some properties in Ardmore in December. I have had two emergency service calls with Allied, one on the plumbing side and one on the HVAC side, as well as two maintenance calls.nWhile I'm hopeful I don't have any more anytime soon, they have been incredible. Had a sewage backup late on a Friday. Other local plumbers works not arrive for at least 3 days, but Allied sent a plumber within 2 hours. He was extremely professional, answered all of my questions and let me watch him work. Once done the charge was extremely fair and affordable.
I have always been pleased with the service whether it is air conditioning or plumbing
They were really fast getting my ac worked on and fixed. They replaced a fan on a 20 yo unit and it works! Greg was fantastic! They could have easily said we needed a new unit and we would have believed him since the thing is so old. Thanks!
