This a great company, the staff is very polite and made me feel at home. They explained everything and answered any questions I had about my cpap machine. The previous company I was using could learn a lot about customer service from these guys.

The owners were more than helpful, they personally saw to it that I received what was needed, when I needed it. They went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and I will definitely go back to them whenever I am in need of medical supplies.

I've gone through Advanced Care twice now first time was when my husband was diagnosed with severe brain damage from 2009 until his passing in 2018 and after my step died passed away that same year and I found out my mother had been diagnosed with COPD and cancer in her lower right lung. They've always been very helpful ever time we need anything for her oxygen machine or nebulizer all I have to do is give them a call and they have whatever is needed ready to pick up when we get there.nI definitely recommend them
