Very nice place. Just 1.5 hours drive from Dallas. This beach is full with shades tree and lot if picnic tables. You can swim in the water as well. The view is amazing and relaxing. We didn't know every one would love this place so much until we get there.

Pretty crowded, even during Corona Virus. I would think the park would meter how many people were at the beaches but apparently they don’t mind it.nBeautiful lake though once you get away from the people.

Beautiful place to spend the day!! Nice distance between picnic areas. Easy access to water for swimming, fishing, or kayaking.

The water is so clear and it's peaceful. We feel like this is a hidden gem! Definitely coming back.
