Extremely friendly and helpful mother and son owners. Flexible with late checkout, and provided a free item and other goodies for just $1. Nice size room.
Arrived and the person was asleep. The motel was empty giving me my first red flag. The TV was fuzzy and the remote didn't work. The heat lamp in the bathroom wouldn't turn off. Strongly do not recommend!
Nice hotel I've stayed there several times
Karen at the front desk is def the typical Karen. The rest of staff and stay was amazing, but Karen was hateful and annoyed everytime I asked about the extra charges and told me the manager wasn't available and if I wanted my problem resolved ID have no other choice then to deal with her. I finally got my 400 released a week later.
TV doesnt work. Covid bfast is prepackaged, which means nothing but cellophane sticky buns, didnt even have coffee. Hotel was decent otherwise.
