Hensley BJJ has been home for over 3 years now. The gym is more than that , a very welcoming atmosphere with a family of individuals who work for the betterment of each other! Nick is the most dedicated teacher I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Any goals you have he’ll do everything in his power to make sure you surpass them. His teaching is second to none. He backs every technique taught with the why and will give you every bit of information as literal or creative as possible to make sure you fully understand it. Never asks anything of you he won’t do himself. He consistently studies under one of the best in the sport and is consistently growing. If you want to truly flourish mentally and unlock your full potential to handle what life throws at you with grace.. this is THE place to be!
Resilience is one of the most important lessons to teach your children. Hensley Jiu Jitsu is training our son to realize his inner strengths, increase confidence and become stronger, while having fun. Give your child the foundation of unbreakable character!
This place is truly life changing. Nick is passionate about serving every student so as to empower them to improve their jiu Jitsu and every area of their life. The community is one of the most supportive tribes I’ve experienced. Joining this community is one of the very best decisions I have ever made.
Best place to train in Southern Oklahoma. Hands down you won't get training like this anywhere else.
