Was on a mission to find some protein shot drinks for lady I care for for woundcare. The gentleman (clerk) was truly helpful.
Went in to grab one thing...i was the only customer in the entire store. So im at tge counter while the employee is off at the other end doing something, i stood there patiently waiting. I finally said excuse me, thinking maybe she didn't realize there was someone at the counter. She turned, looked at me and then went back to whatever she was doing. Well, i stood there at least another 3-4 minutes as she rudely ignored me, till i finally said forget it, ill go elsewhere. Left my purchase on the counter and walked out. So much for southern hospitality. And a lost sale to CVS.
Nice people always willing to help.
First time I've been to CVS and been twice in two days because it's near the hospital that my husband's in. The prices are outrageous and the employees are not friendly at all. I guess I'll do without rather than shop there again
