I had been prescribed a new medication by my doctor and was given some samples to use until the pharmacy could get the medication in and they advised me to call around to different pharmacies to see if they had it in stock or how soon they could obtain it. I called Walgreens in Ardmore and they said they could order it and it would be there the following day. I notified my doctor who then called in the prescription. I figured it would take a couple of days to get in and I still had a few samples left so I didn't worry about it. Well, I started calling periodically throughout the day starting the second day to see if it was ready and each time the automated voice said that it had been ordered but was not ready yet. Long story short, this went on for 6 days and I figured surely by today it would be ready so I went by in person to see if it was available and was told it had not even been ordered yet and that it would be ordered tonight but won't be available until Tuesday. Really disappointing because it's medicine I really need and now I'm having to go a few days without it due to an error on Walgreens part. Hopefully it will be ready Tuesday like I was told.

Terrible prescription autorefill service. I need a prescription every month and they have had problems to refill my order on time in the last 3 months. This month they're out of stock and pharmacists can't tell me when they will have the prescription again. Terrible service. I changed pharmacy today.

Slow pharmacy....but HEY!!! Maybe they're getting it right! No errors with my order. Store was clean and there were many workers making themselves available.
