My daughter was abused repeatedly and filed for divorce from Jason M Faulkner nearly 4 year's ago, and this Carter county clerk's office will not finalize her divorce. Jason Faulkner physically, mentally and violently beat, and raped my daughter, beat her daughter as well and these people let him continually get away with it. Grant her the divorce !!! I don't care that his IS the Carter county drugs snitch.

I've always had good experiences with the people in the Clerk's office. I don't understand why the Clerk's office could hold up a divorce as the above party complained. Seems like they are targeting the wrong county office.
