Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Went tubing all day! The run is kinda short but they take you as many times as you want. We had time to go three times. We got there around ten and got back from the third run a little after 4:00. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful! We had a great time! And the views are gorgeous!

can’t really complain to anyone since it was the owners wife that did this but they will charge your card without your consent! They save your card information on file and without asking go ahead and charge for another person camping with you. Only reason we knew was she called last night and said our card declined while she was trying to add another person camping. Who does this? Who charges your card without asking you?!!!?!?!? Whatever next time we’ll check out highland up the stream or river girl down stream. The staff in the trenches are cool and hard workers but management is lost in the sauce.

Never had a bad experience, and have been going to Wahoos since I was a child! Staff has always been friendly, helpful and informative. We wont go anywhere else!

This company is extremely difficult to deal with. Jeff the manager is absolutely unprofessional. We booked a trip for the morning explaining to the employee we spoke with that we would have up to 4 people and possibly 6 if we could get a bigger group. We were under the impression that more guests could be added to our party at any time. We were not communicated the rules for COVID social distancing and that they may not be able to accompany a larger party. A few minutes after booking they called back and said the time we booked was unavailable. Then said it was available. Lots of confusion there already. At about 6pm that same day Jeff calls to tell us that the time we reserved was unavailable. I explained to him that if that time wouldn’t work bc we would have a 2 hr drive to get there and we had already made evening plans. His customer service was extremely poor making it seem like more of an inconvenience for him than the actual customer for getting the runaround on the appointment. I also tried to explain to him that yes we would have an increased amount of guests and he proceeds to tell me that we can only have two people. He never once apologized for the inconvenience or the confusion. He yelled and talked over me the entire phone conversation and then hung up on me. I would not recommend using this company for anything ever. Never once was I explained over the phone while booking the cancellation or refund policy. And he refusedTo refund our money even after the completely unprofessional outburst that he had with me over the phone. Do you not book with Wahoo.It was so terrible I ate the $260 fee and still didn’t end up going.
