3 strikes your out. Aside the convenience factor of this shop I go out of my way to avoid it. Being a mechanic I notice everything they do and the mistakes that could be made. I just want to say I have had good experiences with them before and these events happened over the course and couple years. The first red flag that I saw was when my wife pulled home from getting her spark plugs replaced. When I got home she notified me of a rattling under the hood. I popped the hood to find a screwdriver bouncing around between the runners and the engine block. If it had gotten any closer to the battery we could have had a much bigger problem. The second flag was a couple month later. The lug nuts on the rear right (RR) of the vehicle were loose and the tire came off as my wife was coming home from getting a tire rotation. I was about to storm down there but my much more patient wife wanted to take care of it and told me to stay out of it. Finally, giving them one more chance my wife took her car in for a diagnosis of an oil leak. They said the oil pan was dented and needed to be replaced. They charged her $500 for a new pan and she got it back in several hours. It was fine for three days until it started leaking again. I went under and saw the SAME DENTED PAN! I told her no more bringing it to them. I took the car to my shop and took the pan off to find it was the same pan that they said they would replace and used an oil pan sealing compound (About a $200 dollar repair) for a quick fix cutting corners. Might I add they even did a lousy job on that. They can't even cut corners correctly! I now refuse to let any of my cars go to this shop and strongly advise anyone and everyone to do the same.
