Ladies at this location were great. Very professional and patient. My daughter was nervous and they talked her right through it. Will definitely buy our jewelry from them.

While having to wait for being busy is completely understandable, not even being acknowledged or offered assistance after 20min is not. I have been a frequent customer of Kay’s for years; I will take my business to a company to values customer service going forward.

“Buy online pickup in store” is not used at this location, it is only available during the holiday season.nnIf you order something online, even if it specifically mentions “available for pickup” that information is not accurate.

Don't go to this store. When I had my ring resized, they didn't call me when it was ready and the ring was stolen by sales person in the store according to reports and she still works there today.
