Ginger at Bailey’s is so personable and helpful!! She makes you feel special in every way. We have been to Bailey’s multiple times and she never makes you feel like you are a commission. We had a great experience with buying a diamond ring at Bailey’s. I worked with Kelsey at Crabtree. She offered many options, even getting additional rings from her vendors to try and find exactly what I wanted. I tried many rings to figure out what I liked best, and she was very patient and helpful. She was conscious of our budget and I did not feel that I needed to spend more. She knew it was a big purchase for us, and wanted to make sure I LOVED the ring! After a few weeks, I did find the perfect ring for me, and I do love it! Kelsey was awesome to work with. She is the best!
