3/6/21 my husband purchased a necklace from this store. I really liked the necklace so we came back the next day and I purchased another one from this store. After wearing the necklace for a few days I notice I had a allergic reaction to it or something because my neck started itching like crazy and it looked as if the necklace had changed colors. From sliver to blackish/goldish colors. When we tried to return the necklace 4/3/21 the guy was very rude & stated that he could clean the necklace but it was passed the 5 day mark to exchange and they don’t do refunds. Which we had no clue that there was even a 5 day policy. I even asked if could just exchange both necklaces & get something for my two children... because they’re young & of course aren’t too responsible with real jewelry. The guy kept saying he’s been here for 20 plus years & his jewelry isn’t fake. Even told him I understood that but it doesn’t change what happen, even showed them my neck & still the lady just looked at us. Finally after no compromises from the guy we walked away.

I loved this place! The man that worked there is very reasonable and does a great job with repairing jewelry, all of his gold is good quality and I would highly recommend spending your money here instead of Zales or Kay Jewelers where they tax like there’s no tomorrow. The employees are very helpful as well.

Highly recommend this place for gift picking or to pick up jewelry for yourself. Very good prices!

I was surprised to see this stand quite busy, late on a Saturday night. Nevertheless they were properly staffed and were able to help me repair my watch, at a much cheaper rate than I expected. Would recommend.

Nasty attitudes bad customer service I bought a ring and it broke a week later and he blamed me for his horrible craftsmanship... No where near the money I paid for it
