Piercing Pagoda

I visited location the store holiday shopping and the employee Jackie helped me get a store card so I could get all of my presents and we did 3 birthstone rings they arrived early and purchase has no interest. So happy and employee was extremely patient going through all options to help me fund perfect styles. I am do excited to be able to go back and get myself a ring soon. We also talked about my daughter's and they have a huge variety of children's jewelry even earrings that screw on so my little one won't lose them. Great service Great jewlery

Visited location at Crabtree mall and manager Jackie helped me find a beautiful gold chain so happy they have a warranty program to replace my necklace if I do break it. Also had chance to see a little girl get her ears pierced and the staff was so patient with her I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great prices and amazing customer service.

I would never order anything off the website ever again!! Order an item on Jan 23, 2021 suppose to receive the item on Feb. 13 and still no item! No shipping confirmation or anything! Called the 1-800 number and nobody was able to help with the issue! Basically got robbed for A LOT of money! An order to get a return they have to write it on their notes and who knows when the other people above them would see it because they obviously don't care if the customer receives what they purchase! Disappointed to the max! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE WEBSITE! THIS IS A WARNING!

I took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced . Mrs Burden was very patient and helpful both with helping my granddaughter pick her earing and explaing what she was doing while piercings her ears.nShe made my granddaughter experience very positive.
