REEDS Jewelers

This was my first time entering this store. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Bill and I could not be any more satisfied with the customer service. The process was made simple and easy.. I will definitely be coming back here for more jewelry.

Today was a very great experience!!! Richard, Bill, and Jane were excellent! Their customer service was amazing. They made sure I left happy with the ring I wanted. Joy and Richard are so kind, helpful and patient. Joy allowed me the time I needed to find the perfect ring. I went back and forth with rings and she didn’t get impatient with me even once. Richard also showed patience in my decision making, and I am so grateful! My experience in Reeds today, was the best experience of any jewelry store I’ve shopped in before. They’ve earned a customer for life.

I recently called in to Reeds with some questions and unable to locate a piece of jewelry on the website. Jane assisted me with all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got all the information I needed as far as texting a picture of the piece to make sure it was the right one. I have never experienced such great customer service!! She truly made me feel like she truly cared! Reeds is truly blessed to have such a wonderful employee. I’m sure this location will go very far with someone like Jane working for them!! Thank you so much Jane! I will definitely be coming back to Reeds.

The customer service I received from Bill at the Crabtree location was great. he took his time and was very patient and friendly to help me find the most beautiful watch for my husband for Christmas.
