Love the ladies, nice atmosphere and easygoing experience. I would rent from them again. My family’s talking vacation and if we rent, you know who I’m going to, beam me up Scotty!!
I made my complaint over two months ago and no one from corporate has reached out to me. I was told I was on the do not rent because I didn’t pay.(I have my receipt both of them) As a customer over 20 years I am the one that was rudely disrespected by the manager. I have made multiple complaints and have only received an email from Tom in the Raleigh NC office. He has refused to speak over the phone. This is not a fair resolution for a customer. I can understand having to go to another location I’m completely okay with that, I have a small business account with enterprise. However, the do not rent list, when I as the customer had a bad experience.nnI rented a car on January 8 had a bad experience with Serena on that day very rude. Still rented the car overlooked it has she was just having a bad day. However, this was the first time I have day to deal with her being nasty. On that (next day)Thursday I came out of my house Serena Tecl Branch Rental Manager outside of my house demanding me to return the vehicle NOW. After claiming that she couldn’t reach me that morning because I was sleep. I had explained that I was coming with payment and that this was very rude of her she continued to be very rude. I stay right across the street from enterprise, she then demands that I follow her. I have a witness that was outside with me and over heard how rude she was. To a paying customer, this is not a good impression.nnI had made it very clear when speaking with her the day before that I was keeping it until Monday and that I had to bring in a new card because they said policy was not to take a new card over the phone. Okay fine no problem if you look at the receipt there are two cards.nnWhen I came into the store Serena Tecl Branch Rental Manager was very defensive towards me and all I asked was to speak to someone else. She stood there with her arms folded in a aggressive state demanding me again to deal with only her. It wasn’t until I said that she was making this seem Racial Bias that she all upset.nnCassy is who I gave the keys to and left! ( he give amazing customer service every time)nI left the store and then remembered that I still didn’t give the second card. I returned to the location asked Cassy to please check me out as a normal transition. Myself and Cassy had a conversation outside he explained that it’s company policy for employees to go to the residence home and locate the vehicles. I explained that that’s not safe for employees because you never know what kind of person you would be dealing with. Made it clear I wasn’t making a threat, just that it wasn’t a safe company policy.nnWe came back inside I spoke with a new person that came out explained that it was all okay after speaking with Cassy I was no longer upset. I just felt bombarded with rude customer service. He stated that he would give me a call later that day after speaking with everyone. ( I never received a phone call)nnWent online the next day to book a reservation for this week this Wednesday and was told to call a 919 number I was then transferred to Tom Jayway who never returned my telephone call after leaving several messages. I then followed up with the email. It wasn’t until then, I received a response by email. “ Ms. Moore, I have spoken to the Area Manager for the rental location that you had your last rental from and due to the issues with lack of payment and the altercation at our branch I won’t be removing you from the Do Not Rent list. Going forward you will have to rent from one of our competitors for your future rental needs. Regards, Tom.”nnThey are very contradicting when it comes to their policies. What works for one race does not work for the other. I paid the bill, like I said with two different cards. And returned the car with no issues. I was not rude to the manager, after being completely disrespected.
I enjoyed the ride pick up and drop off from their courtesy driver. He was very professional and nice. The individuals that worked in the branch fixed a slight issue right away and they were a pleasure to work with. I’ll be back when I need another rental. Thanks you all.
We rented a vehicle to take to our daughter’s wedding out of town. Craig was extremely helpful in getting us just what we needed and doing it in a timely manner. He made the process stress free.
The use of the APP was easy and fast. The office called me a couple of days prior to pick up and confirmed. They had the car I asked for and also offered upgrades for a minimal increase. I stayed with the same car. The check out and check in were very fast.nThe car was excellent except as for on issue; the alarm would sound once parked and locked so we had to leave it unlocked for the whole period we had it. We didn't keep any valuables in the car so it worked out but this could have been problematic for others. I did call the office and informed them of the issue and they did advise me to go to the local office where they can switch the vehicle for me however the local office was too busy and i could not get through to them on the phone.nIt all worked out and we had a nice trip. I will certainly rent from Enterprise again.
