On game days, many lots need to be clear of students so guests can park there. I parked in an approved alternative lot and was ticketed. I appealed and they didn’t get back to me for a month, even after a follow up. Once they finally did, my appeal was denied even though I parked where I was supposed to. I’m order to keep pushing on an appeal, I have to pay. This department gives everyone and their mother tickets to jack up revenue and hope no one goes through all the paper work and just gives them money.

been on hold for 20 minutes. I just want to buy a parking pass and the online purchasing system is not working.

Their system is sooooo broken. Tried to pay citation online and it all glitches out and leads to nowhere. Then I tried to call them and they won't answer the phones. I'm trying to be good and pay the citation, but I don't live in Greenville anymore. I was just visiting. I want to pay, but they make it impossible to do so when your not there physically.

Totally incapable of operating a functional transportation service. There are too few buses to meet the schedule and those they have are religiously late. Plan on a 30 min wait for a 10 minute bus trip. I want my money back for a parking pass the school can't support.
