Staff were polite and took time to explain repairs to you. Repairs done well and in timely manner. No pressure to do any suggested repairs, they just give you the suggestions. I would definitely recommend them.

My car won’t start so I called AAA, someone told me it wasn’t the battery but the starter. So I took to the AAA store on Military Cutoff, and right when I walked in there was a lady at the counter who I said something to several times and she never acknowledged me and didn’t look up from her phone. Sagger I dropped my car, they gave me a whole diagnostic of what needs replacing. They said my oil needs changing even though I just changed it a month ago. They refuse to let me take my original starter with me to my go-to car care company and didn’t give me any reason why. Both my parents and I have talked to AAA just this morning and we still are in the same situation. AAA in general needs to do better and quit overcharging people on services/services that don’t need replacing or have just been replaced.
Went in for tire rotation and oil change, after nearly two hours the mechanic had changed the oil but not bothered to rotate the tires. The thing I had actually gone there for. The manager comped the oil change, but I ended up rotating the tires myself at home. The stars are for the manager, the mechanic earned them a one star rating. Do your job!
