As property managers I will give Intracoastal the same rating that they earned on average from vacation renters while they managed my beach house. Two stars. Renters frequently complained about the house being left uncleaned or partially cleaned. When it was cleaned it was entirely unorganized, dishes, silverware, cabinets and beach equipment in disarray. Renters actually left comments such as “the owners would do better to manage the property themselves.” When we would discuss this with the company, they would promise improvement and attempt to manage our expectations but nothing changed.nnThe pool of renters seemed subpar as well. I’ve never seen so many renters break and take so many things and complain so often. Since leaving Intracoastal that has even changed. Maybe it was the pool of renters or a reflection of the level of service that the renters received or of the disorganized way that the property was presented. It seemed like a constant battle.nnOne year after leaving Intracoastal for another property management company has made a big change in the amount of stress I feel with renting. Now I can mostly just enjoy my beach house.

We rented from Intracoastal Rentals for our family vacation in July 2020. The location of the rental was amazing however the property was already occupied, with roaches. They were so many roaches that we ended up leaving our rental after 2 days and Intracoastal didn't even refund us for our entire week. They didn't seem to worried about us having to vacate the property due to the roaches. Ended up throwing away food and other things since we had to finish out our week at a hotel that didn't have a kitchen. They need to do their due diligence to ensure the quality of the properties that they are managing. We stayed at Reeds IV 1D.

Professional and friendly agency. However our stay included an unusable bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom had a great ocean view and balcony. Due to the number of people and beds available my pregnant wife ended up using a back bedroom with a twin bed and I lay sleepless in the master bed for our rental time. After paying $1800 for the four night rental, Intracoastal offered us a $100 refund for the inconvenience. They were professional and prompt in addressing our concern, but we feel unfair in their solution/refund for the inconvenience.

Great sized pool. Very clean and not overcrowded. Amazing private beach access. Clean beach. Condo was great size and clean. Modern, updated bathrooms. Cozy living and sleeping quarters. Beautiful view over the dunes to the beach. Realty company super helpful, polite, accommodating. Have used this rental company two years in a row and will definitely be back for a third.
